After our ultralight flights, on the recommendation of our pilot, we stopped here for dinner. A very nice choice. The amuse-bouche to start was a selection of three carrot-based "tastes"—a little soup, some chips, and a chantilly that was almost like carrot-flavored air. (I asked about this later and it was whipped cream only, no egg white.) Writing this a week and a half later, I can't remember the rest of the meal, except it was good. Definitely a place to return to if we were in the area.
