Dinner with Shirley&Terry and Lynn&Ric while Mandy's new band played. Band good, dinner not so; and served way too late. We should have been finishing when the band started, instead we were just starting. Starters were nice. We had a salad with perfectly cooked gésiers; people leery of those had a little pastry with scallops. Our main was pasta with gambas. The sauce was pretty good, but there were only three shrimps per plate, lying on limp, overcooked pasta, long past the al dente stage. Raspberry confections for dessert weren't bad. They can really do better.

We had lunch here with Barbara, Shirley, and Terry. Had been meaning to try it since we saw Shirley's band there. Quite a find. A three-course meal plus wine for €15. There was a selection of dishes for each course. Between us, we covered them all and they were all good. Lovely location and terrace overlooking a lake.
