We had dinner here before a concert around the corner at the Théâtre de l'Union, an area of Limoges we're not familiar with. Very nice meal and service. Good menu. Ed started with a salad that included something that may have been lamb sweetbreads. Not sure, but it was good. For a main, he had entrecôte with fries, offered in a 250g or 350g version. I started with scallops in puff pastry with a basil cream sauce. For a main there was an enormous duck breast, sliced, with a fig sauce. Yummy. For a side I asked for haricots verts; there were a lot of them, and overcooked to my taste, although I think this may be the French way.
We'll definitely go back here if we go to this theatre again.
